Orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground Economy (2-6 business days)

• We offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Please reach out with any specific shipping requirements before making your purchase to ensure accurate delivery times. 
• PO Boxes may require different shipping methods based on their location.
  

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary by region.

Once an order is handed to the courier, Magnolia Gift Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Customs processing
• Courier staffing shortages
• Peak-season congestion
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal by the recipient,
• Inability to deliver,

the reshipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

To support mindful purchasing and reduce unnecessary shipping waste:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All gift boxes and bath & body items are final sale.

To protect product integrity and comply with customs regulations:

• Returns without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
• We do not accept returns on international shipments (e.g., U.S. → Canada) due to customs restrictions.
• Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or duties incurred without our approval are the responsibility of the customer.
  

Unauthorized shipments may be refused at the border or returned to sender.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the issue
3. We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund for that item
   

This does not apply to delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Custom, corporate, or branded orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
  

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
